Exhibitor Benefits: As a healthcare buyer’s premier conference, this two days of in-depth training, networking and product demonstrations with health care’s largest employer customers, will provide:


  • Receive ONE conference registrations free when you exhibit.
  • Demonstrate the value of your product to healthcare purchasers, government, health plans, providers and administrators. Your product could be “the missing link” for healthcare consumers. 
  • Network with peers, meet with the movers and shakers of modern health system reform, and introduce them to your product.
  • Share your company’s market strategy to new and emerging healthcare markets.

Be sure to include a logistical contact, responsible for all pre-conference correspondence and to act as the liaison to obtain materials for your booth. National Alliance has selected GES, Global Experience Specialists as the official service contractor. GES will provide each exhibitor with an exhibition package including exhibit terms and conditions, rules and all available services.

Please note that two complimentary registrations are included in the exhibit fee. All additional onsite exhibitors (beyond the two complimentary) must register online at the discounted exhibitor rate of $650. There will be no “exhibit hall only” passes distributed. Payment must accompany with the form. Application for exhibit space at the National Alliance Conference indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all exhibit terms and conditions, general regulations and rules to be sent under separate cover at a later date.

The information provided in this form constitutes your official listing. We will provide an opportunity for your organization / company to include a 100 word maximum company description with contact information and 1½ inch logo (JPG, ESP or TIFF- 300 dpi) to be placed in the Program Materials.

Deadline:

To guarantee space at the National Alliance Conference, this application and full booth payment must be received no later than September 29, 2017.

Cancellation Policy:

Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be made with a written notice of cancellation received before September 29, 2017. Refunds will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2017; however, substitutions are permitted if received in writing. If, for any reason, this event is cancelled we do not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred.
